Wow. That's all I have to say. AJ Lukau's Book, Be You Be Cool, has not only gotten my teenagers to open up more to me, but I've seen immediate changes in their lives. Personally, I have been able to let go of my emotional trauma and overcome my social anxiety. Now I can enter a room and instantly draw people to my presence.
